Licensed Clinical Social Worker, MSW, LCSW
Therapist
I became a Psychotherapist because I believe every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change, regardless of the challenges they face. Therapy offers a safe, confidential, and supportive space to better understand yourself, strengthen relationships, and build the life you want. My goal is to meet you where you are, helping you cultivate hope, resilience, self-compassion, and the confidence to move forward.
I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, self-esteem difficulties, substance use concerns, and family conflict. I have extensive experience providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy, supporting clients through a wide variety of emotional and relational challenges.
I am especially passionate about working with couples. Whether you're experiencing communication difficulties, recurring conflict, rebuilding trust, navigating parenting together, or preparing for marriage, I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where both partners feel heard and understood. Together, we'll identify unhealthy patterns, strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and build a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and my Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Barat College, with a minor in Women's Studies. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have experience working in child welfare, family and child therapy, adult mental health, and geriatric care, allowing me to support clients across many stages of life.
Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy traveling with friends and family, spending time outdoors, and attending live sporting events.
I look forward to partnering with you as you work toward stronger relationships, greater resilience, and lasting personal growth.
