Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with a deep passion for supporting adolescents and young adults. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, and I strive to create a space where my clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

I draw from evidence‑based approaches—DBT, CBT, and ACT—and I enjoy blending structure with compassion so clients can build insight while developing practical, sustainable skills. My experience in higher levels of care, including intensive outpatient and residential settings, has shaped how I approach complex mental health challenges with steadiness, warmth, and curiosity.

I care deeply about meeting clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and helping them reconnect with their strengths and values. I believe in therapy that feels collaborative and authentic, and I aim to help young people gain the confidence and tools they need to navigate life’s challenges well beyond our work together.
