Change has played an important role in shaping who I am today, and it inspires the work I do with children and families. Born in Russia and immigrating to the United States at the age of eight, I experienced firsthand the challenges that can come with major life transitions. Through that journey, I learned the value of resilience, connection, and having supportive people to lean on during difficult times. Those experiences continue to guide my approach as a therapist.

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Concordia University Wisconsin and have dedicated my career to supporting children and families through life's challenges. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher and discovered a passion for helping children grow not only academically, but emotionally and socially as well.

With over six years of experience working with children in daycare and educational settings, I have had the opportunity to support children from a variety of backgrounds and developmental stages. I work with children experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, behavioral challenges, school-related struggles, and adjustment issues.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel safe expressing themselves, building confidence, and developing healthy coping skills. I believe every child has unique strengths and the ability to grow when given the right support. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I help children develop resilience, strengthen social and emotional skills, and navigate challenges both at home and at school.

I also value partnering with parents and caregivers throughout the therapeutic process. Together, we can help your child feel more confident, connected, and empowered as they learn to manage life's challenges and reach their full potential.
