Life has a way of bringing unexpected challenges—sometimes they feel like small waves that temporarily throw us off balance, and other times they feel overwhelming, making it difficult to find steady ground. Whatever has brought you to therapy, you don't have to navigate it alone. I believe healing begins within a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with confidence. I tailor therapy to each individual because I believe every person's journey is unique. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, or major life transitions, we'll work together to create an approach that best fits your goals.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago after completing bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, older adults, and individuals with disabilities, as well as supporting caregivers and families through life's many transitions. As a mother of two adult children, I also understand the joys and challenges that come with parenting and balancing life's many responsibilities.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and evidence-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Play Therapy, Gottman Method principles, and other individualized interventions to support emotional regulation, resilience, and lasting growth.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time in my community, supporting my children as they navigate adulthood, crocheting, and exploring other creative crafting projects.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, personal growth, and a more balanced, fulfilling life.
