Virginia Calderon
Licensed Social Worker, MSW
Driven by a deep commitment to fostering personal growth and emotional well-being, I draw on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy to help clients unlock their potential and cultivate resilience. As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, I strive to provide a supportive, culturally responsive space where clients feel seen and empowered as we navigate life’s diverse challenges together.
I’m a strong advocate for the transformative power of talk therapy and believe in tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every individual. I view my clients as the experts in their own lives and approach our work collaboratively, honoring the strength that comes from positive relationships and self-discovery.
My academic journey began at Northeastern University in Boston, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, followed by a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College. Building on this foundation, I later completed a Master’s in Social Work at Western New Mexico University.
My professional experience includes working with teens, adults, and older adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, supporting them through a wide range of life transitions and emotional challenges. Outside of my clinical practice, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time with my husband, two children, and our dog, Peanut.
