I became a therapist because I believe there is tremendous power in self-awareness, personal growth, and the human capacity for change. Through a deeper understanding of ourselves, we can strengthen relationships, overcome challenges, build resilience, and create more meaningful, fulfilling lives.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and other mental health concerns. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping clients and their families navigate educational, vocational, social, and community-related challenges while fostering greater independence and confidence.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. I believe every client has unique strengths, experiences, and goals, which is why I tailor treatment to meet each person's individual needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to help clients build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago and provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families through both in-person and telehealth sessions.

I look forward to partnering with you as you work toward greater confidence, resilience, and overall well-being.
