I believe that true healing begins the moment you feel safe enough to be your most authentic self. My goal is to provide a warm and welcoming environment where you feel truly seen and supported, free from any judgment. In our work together, I hope to empower you to navigate life’s inevitable difficulties, overcome the challenges that stand in your way, and move toward the personal goals that matter most to you. Whether we are working through a specific struggle or simply finding your footing in a hard season, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.

Much of my career has been dedicated to supporting children and preteens within the school system, where I have facilitated growth in both individual and group settings. I have had the privilege of working with clients navigating a wide range of experiences, including autism, ADHD, anxiety, and PTSD. I also deeply value the opportunity to partner with parents, offering the guidance and support they need as they navigate their own unique challenges in raising and advocating for their children.

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago after completing my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Loyola University Chicago. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors.

I am truly looking forward to getting to know you and hearing your story. It would be an honor to support you as you take these first steps on your journey toward healing and growth.
