I invite you to explore the intricacies of your emotional world with openness, honesty, and curiosity. Taking the first step toward healing can feel overwhelming, but together we can better understand your experiences, uncover meaningful patterns, and create new possibilities for growth.

My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to be your authentic self. I take a person-centered approach because I believe there is no "one-size-fits-all" path to healing. Every individual brings unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, and together we will determine the therapeutic approaches that best align with your goals. I also believe that our relationships, family systems, and environments play an important role in shaping who we are, and I enjoy helping clients better understand how these influences impact their lives.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Chicago and am passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, family trauma, grief and loss, relationship concerns, and severe mental illness. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, empowering clients to build greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as they work toward meaningful change.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending time outdoors and have even thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail. When I'm not hiking, you can usually find me spending time with friends, relaxing in a hammock at the park, grabbing coffee, exploring local restaurants and thrift stores, or rock climbing at the gym.

I look forward to partnering with you as you begin your journey toward healing and personal growth.
