I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and that every person brings their own unique strengths, history, and lived experiences into the therapeutic space. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you make sense of what you’re carrying, and work alongside you as you find a path forward that feels meaningful and sustainable.

I believe deeply in the connection between the mind and body. My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, with holistic approaches such as mindfulness and somatic practices. I am passionate about bringing research-backed methods into therapy while also honoring the complex and deeply human experiences that cannot always be captured by research alone.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Art History from the University of Miami in my hometown of Miami, Florida, and my master’s degree from National Louis University. With five years of experience in psychology research, I bring a strong appreciation for evidence-based care and an ongoing curiosity about what helps people grow and thrive.

Having personal lived experience with ADHD, I am especially passionate about helping clients navigate executive functioning challenges, bridge structural gaps, and recognize the strengths that can come with thinking and experiencing the world differently. I also have extensive experience working with young children, beginning at age two, and their families to support healthy development and help them flourish.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ and Latino/immigrant communities, I have a deep appreciation for the nuances of identity, culture, and belonging. I feel humbled to support and give back to these communities while welcoming clients from all backgrounds and walks of life.

Whether you are navigating an immediate life challenge, healing from past experiences, or simply looking for greater balance in your day-to-day life, I strive to provide a supportive and affirming space where you can better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want.

Outside of the office, you can find me at a comedy show, making art, reading, spending time with my sweet kittens, or tending to my extensive plant collection.
