Alethea Gustafson

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, MSW, LCSW

Therapist

I believe that choosing to begin therapy is a meaningful act of self-care, and I understand that opening up to someone new can feel vulnerable. As a social worker, I deeply value each client's autonomy and believe that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to meet you where you are, provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space, and help you focus on what matters most to you.

I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable, accepted, and heard. My approach is laid-back, open-minded, and collaborative, allowing us to work together toward the goals that are most meaningful to you. Whether you're looking for long-term support as you navigate personal growth and life transitions or short-term, solution-focused guidance through a specific challenge, I am here to support you every step of the way. I enjoy helping clients strengthen relationships, build self-understanding, and move through life's difficult moments with greater confidence and resilience.
